Oticon Remote Control 3.0 – £140.00
Roughly the size of a modern car key, the Oticon Remote Control 3.0 is easy to carry around and a great help if you are wearing a wireless Oticon hearing aid. N.B. There is also a Bernafon and a Philips version of this device that is NOT interchangeable, if you require the Bernafon or Philips version of this device please ask!
The Remote Control can be used to adjust volume and to switch between programs for a more pleasant listening experience.
The Oticon Remote Control 3.0 can be used with all wireless compatible Oticon hearing aids from Oticon OPN and compatibility includes Siya / Xceed / More / Real / Intent and also NHS Oticon Engage. This device is not compatible with earlier hearing aids, if unsure, please ask!
It has around a 1 metre range from your hearing aids and uses two AAAA batteries (supplied).
NB. The Oticon Remote Control will need to be paired to your Oticon hearing aids for it to work. Press and hold all buttons for 5 seconds. The status LED will flash green twice. The status LED will then glow green for about 10 seconds to confirm the remote is ready for pairing. Ensure that you have good batteries in the hearing aids. Open the battery doors of both hearing aids. Wait about five seconds and close the battery doors again. Place both hearing aids within 20 cm (approx. 7 inches) of the remote control. Briefly press any key on the remote control to make it automatically pair with the hearing aids. When pairing is completed, the status light glows green for about 10 seconds.
The Remote Control does not work with all hearing aids in the Oticon range, our suggestion if unsure is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase if unsure and we will advise accordingly.
N.B. Most items we supply are on the shelf and ready to ship same day / next business day.
