Starkey Snapfit RIC Receiver Wires are compatible with 3 Series, Z Series, Muse, Halo, Livio and Evolv. If you are wearing older technology that uses Starkey Standard receiver wires or Destiny receiver wires please ask.
Starkey Snapfit 2.0 RIC Receiver Wires are compatible with the newest Genesis AI hearing aid range launched late 2023. Snapfit and Snapfit 2.0 wires are NOT interchangeable.
For reference a Snapfit connection is circular with a number of tiny sockets where it connects to the hearing aid, a Snapfit 2.0 connection is flat (as per main image on this listing).
Starkey Snapfit and Snapfit 2.0 RIC Receiver Wires are available in 5 sizes and 3 power levels.
For Snapfit if you remove the dome, on the housing of the receiver you will see either the number 40, 50 or 60 to denote the power level of the wire and also a number from 1 (shortest) to 5 (longest) indicating the receiver wire length.
For Snapfit 2.0 instead of a number you will see a letter denoting the power of the wire, L, M or P along with a number from 1 (shortest) to 5 (longest) indicating the receiver wire length.
Red indicates a right wire and blue a left.
If you order the wrong size / type of receiver wire but can return unopened and in a re-saleable condition we are happy to replace with the correct item, however we cannot accept opened packets that we cannot re-sell. If unsure please ask!
